Returns & Exchanges

We want your shopping experience here at Endless Knot Boutique to be nothing more than delightful! We hope you are completely satisfied with your order; if not, we're here to help! Review our return policy below and if you have any questions, please email us at CS@endlessknotboutique.com.
Policy:
•To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include any Endless Knot hangtags attached.
•Any return received with obvious use such as; smoke, pet hair, perfume, makeup, deodorant stains or other related stains will be refused and return to you and you are subject to a shipping charge.
•Anything purchased in "SALE" cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. They are a FINAL SALE!
•Jewelry, Intimates, Sunglasses and Active Wear are also FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
• Anything offered at a percentage off price is also FINAL SALE. 
• We inspect each item carefully before we process your order, however, If you happen to receive a defective or damaged item, please email us with a photo within the NEXT business day at CS@endlessknotboutique.com. After that, it will not be accepted for a return or refund.
We offer two options for returns:

1- Refunds:
•You have 7 days for a full refund to your original form of payment from the date your order is received.

2- Exchanges/Store Credit:
• You have 14 days from the date your order is received to exchange or receive a store credit issued for the current price of the item, including current discounts.
• Before you ship your order back, feel free to contact us with the item you would like to receive and we will do our best to hold it for you!

If your return meets ALL the criteria listed above, please email us at  CS@endlessknotboutique.com to request a return form and so we can send you over a new shipping label. Once you receive the return label stop by your local postal service provided, ship it off and we'll take care of the rest!
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow us 1 business days for processing. We will then send you an email confirmation with the status of your return.
• If you are wanting to exchange an item please send your item(s) via shipping carrier of your choice. Exchange shipping is your responsibility. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. 
• We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns and exchanges while in transit.
